Labor and Employment

We represent management in the public sector in a wide variety of issues and claims before State and federal courts and administrative agencies, including matters arising under federal, State, and local laws, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other civil rights laws. Our representation of clients includes wrongful termination suits and collateral tort claims such as defamation, infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.

We also represent management in the public sector in collective bargaining, labor management disputes; and in connection with Equal Employment Opportunities, Human Rights complaints, and compliance audits conducted by governmental authorities.

Our lawyers negotiate employment agreements and advise employers on the full range of workplace issues including compliance with statutes such as the American with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Wage and Hour laws.
